I received my shoes today and immediately tried them on. I’m glad I ordered a half size up as they were a bit of a tight fit – nothing that won’t loosen up with some use, but I was hoping to be able to wear some thick socks with them. I’d recommended ordering a size up. Otherwise, I already love them. They feel very sturdy and the part that covers my ankle is very supportive. I’ve sprained one of my ankles twice, so having solid ankle support while hiking was very important in selecting a shoe. They are a bit hard to tighten around the ankle, but the tongue of the shoe is attached to the sides with more fabric, so not that big of an issue.

These are quality hiking boots, but they run almost a full size small. I ordered an 8.5 for my daughter for Christmas, which is her typical size, and her toes were smashed all the way in the front of the boot. I returned and reordered a size 9 and she had maybe a half centimeter of space in the toe. We finally ended up in the right size at a 9.5. By the time we found the right size, I ended up buying a second pair because they are such nice boots. She has worn them in the snow and to campouts with her scout troop and they keep her feet warm and dry. The company was also great about managing the return process. After you request a return they provide a QR code so you can take them to a UPS and have a full refund issued to your original payment method – no haggling about shipping or restocking fees. Well worth the money, just make sure you order a size up.

I was very skeptical about purchasing hiking boots online. I have very sensitive feet and it’s hard to find anything comfortable for any extended length of time. That being said, I wear these every day almost. They’ve been comfortable from the moment I put them on. I do alot of desert hiking and have a recently fused lower back. I can walk around over rocks, loose gravel, and boulders without having to fear slipping. I feel very stable, like they’re an extension of my lamborfeeties.Thank you, and while I doubt I will need another pair soon, as these are so durable, if I ever do I know where to go. 🙏

These are great boots, a little clunky at first but I’d imagine it’s because I would have to break them in first. They fit as expected but always go at least a half size up from your usual size when it comes to boots.

Good price and fast delivery. I only wore it twice because each time I wear it, I get a bruise on the right ankle. The outer hightop part on the right boot caves in a little making it rub against my skin. I wear regular socks because it’s tight with thick socks. I wear a 7 in sneakers and got 7.5 in these boots.

I have not wore any hiking boots/shoes without blistering up or my skin coming off at the back of my ankle rubbing against the shoe on long hikes. First time wearing those, I went for a 3-hour hike and had almost no problem at all. My shin was rubbing against it but it was because of not having put on the socks properly. I’m size 8.5 and sized up based on the reviews, and I think I could have gone with the original 8.5 although it could be a bit tight. SIze 9 is fine with double socks (1 pair thick, hiking socks and a regular one). Wasn’t wet so I can’t tell anything about being waterproof. Definitely recommend!

I’m a plus size woman hiking in the Azores, Portugal on lava rock. The bottom of these boots are so strong, it really doesn’t feel like I’m walking on rocks at all. The ankle support is amazing for rookie hikers like me. I wear a 10.5 normally so I ordered these in 11 and they fit perfectly. My first hike here with them was 5 miles, mostly uneven/rocky paths, and lots of lava rocks. My toes we’re sore from the down hill pounding but not on blister or even rubbing of any skin. The traction was great through a few small streams and no water came through. They’re surprisingly light weight. They are very insolated but I didn’t notice my feet being hot at all during this first hike. My husband is retired army and was pretty impressed with the quality of them as well. I definitely recommend!

Bought this hiking shoes for trip to Colorado in early winter. Great purchase. Went on hiking and feet were warm and comfortable. When purchasing though I had to buy three pairs to get right size. I would recommend from get go purchase one size bigger. I am a 9. The most was a 10.

I wear a 6 wide. I thought I was ordering a 6 wide; however, when the shoe arrived it was a 6 regular. Luckily enough I was able to order a size larger and it arrived in time for our trip. I received the size 7 and it fit great. We were in Tennessee after the Christmas Day snowstorm so lots of snow to walk through. The shoes were very comfortable and great on the snow and ice. The high ankle for some may seem to be restrictive; however, for me who is prone to tripping and twisting my ankle these shoes were the best. First trip in awhile where there were no ankle incidents. We went on trails with snow, ice and water. The waterproofing is awesome, feet remained dry on every outing.

I am not really a hiker but my best friend and I just went to Argentina and decided to go to Patagonia to hike a glacier. It sounded so magical that we couldn’t pass it up but, truth be told, I was nervous because I had to buy everything I needed for the hike which cut into my travel budget. After looking around at several sporting websites and seeing that all the hiking boots were well over $100 I decided to look on Amazon and because of the reviews decided to try these boots. I am between a 5 1/2 and the six so I started with a 6 1/2 which were definitely too small. I exhanged them for a size 7 and the first time I put them on I thought I was having a past life memory of the mafia fitting me with cement shoes. Omg, they felt so hard and heavy! I was thinking I would need to return them and go ahead and splurge on and expensive pair but decided to wait until I went to the REI garage sale that my friend told me about (if you are not familiar with that it might be worth looking up). The day of the garage sale I brought my boots to the store because I heard they had a rock wall you could climb on to see how your shoes fit. It’s more of a hump than a wall but it was very helpful and a couple people at the store commented on what great boots I had. For some reason, they felt more comfortable so I decided just to keep them. I got a pair of silk socks to wear underneath my hiking socks because my friend said that was supposed to help prevent blisters. I did not wear them for more than a few minutes prior to going on my hikes in Argentina, one was on a glacier where I had to wear crampons and the other was a rocky trail. These boots were amazing! I wore them for the entire day, both hiking and afterwards when we went into town to get a bite to eat. Not only did I not get blisters but I felt very safe and secure on both hikes. Obviously, the glacier was damp and there were times when we walked through puddles. My feet were not submerged underwater per se but they definitely got wet. Well, I should say my shoes got wet and my feet stayed dry ;). The other hike had some precarious rocks and dirt and I felt like I had a secure grip on the ground as well as having my ankles protected from anything that made me a little wobbly. As far as hiking boots go (I’m more of a Louboutin girl) I would consider these to be attractive. I am amazed they are so inexpensive and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The souls were still a little hard so it might be worth taking them to a shoemaker to have some sort of cushion/gel insole put in but, despite that, I still found them to be very comfortable. A great investment that saved enough space in my budget for a fantastic dinner 😉

Marvelous boots, cute, and vey functional. After reading all the reviews I disregarded Amazon’s advice of using my regular sizeand went up a half size. I wish I’d gone with Amazon’s advice and started with my own size. They would have been perfect! But as they’re just a bit big i’ll fit them with insoles and wear thick ski type socks which was my plan anyways. But, dang,, they are cute!!! Solid and well made. The top of the boots do rub my ankles with walking and that scars me a bit, but with tall socks I think it’ll be fine. And i’ll either tighten them a bit, or loosen them way up so no rubbing or touching the ankle occurs. But these are fine looking boots. I just love them. I think you can stay with your regular size. Glad I only went half a size up and not a whole size.. they would have been huge and clumsy.
